- monthly business to achieve targeted sales from the assigned Market.
- Interacting and following up and arranging monthly meetings with Carpenters, Contractors and potential buyers in the assigned Market.
- Introducing and Implementing display scheme for retailers as per target in the assigned territory.
- Order Processing and follow up on the entire supply chain till Payments.
- Discuss and share findings on market research, spot analysis.
- Projection of sales and stock planning in line with the targeted sales for the forthcoming month.
- Implementing POS, POP and other promotional activity in assigned Market.
- Driving Sales and maintaining a high level of cross-sell & revenue generation
- Organizing and Managing international conferences, exhibitions
- MIS reports
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with proven track record in the company dealing with Furniture hardware (Hettich, Ebco, Hafele, Plywood Sales)
- Basic knowledge of computer, MS-Office, MS excel is must
- Good communication skills (Both written & oral), Presentation Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, Multi-Tasking, Adaptability, Able to handle pressure
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- A team player with high level of dedication
